Ongoing clinical trials of cell sheets

1.Development of novel therapy using autologous cell sheet transplantation in patients with severe heart failure.
Patirnts: DCM 5 cases, ICM 5 cases (without LVAD)
Until now 1 case for DCM and 4 cases for ICM performed

2.Myoblast cell sheet transplantation for the patients with DCM with LDAS; safety and feasibility study.
    4 cases performed

Development of new cell sheet

Introduction of iPS cells ( collaboration with Kyoto University )

By transplantation of beating myocardial cells, transplanted cells will synchronize
with host myocardium and cardiac contraction will be improved.

Clinical trials in International multiinstitutional of cell sheet transplantation
